Overview
In its 24th year, the free, family-friendly Bloombox Festival is a daylong event held in Indy's Old Northside neighborhood, highlighting the best independent local and regional musicians, visual artists, food vendors, and crafters. Founded in 2002, Bloombox celebrates musicians who perform original live music and artists who create original work. As part of the Harrison Center's Cultural Entrepreneur Initiative, high school senior Leilani Whitsey is coordinating this year's festival.
Two stages along Delaware Street feature continuous music throughout the day. Rusty Redenbacher returns as emcee, along with Caleb Keitt. An exciting line-up from various musical genres is in store for attendees.

The Summer Artisan Market, now part of the Bloombox brand and formerly known as the INDIEana Handicraft Exchange, fills the Harrison Center grounds with a vibrant mix of makers and shoppers. This thoughtfully curated craft fair honors the spirit of handmade work, fostering meaningful connections between artists and their audiences. Showcasing both local talent and standout vendors from across the state, it celebrates creativity and supports community-driven economies.
Inside the Harrison Center, the galleries will feature work by Mailinh Hồ, Kaylan Buteyn, Liz Hamstra, Phillip Lynam, Mike Meares, and Liz Nelson.
A variety of food trucks will provide delicious food options, and Sun King Brewery will serve locally produced beer. ArtMix returns with its popular ice cream fundraiser featuring handmade ceramic bowls. The free roller skating rink will also return!
